Dreams are a remarkable thing. They allow you, if you can remember them, to see a part of your self that you not only don't show to other people, but generally don't look at on your own. It has been shown that if a person attempts to write down their dreams as soon as they wake up, they will eventually be able to recall more and more of the dreams. It is dificult at first and doesn't yeild much but eventually, the results will give you a wonderful gift. I suggest that you try this for your self.

Karl Marx said that religion was the opiate of the people. Is that a bad thing? What is wrong with making this life as barable as possible. When religions are looked at with a perennialistic tint, all people can live and worship without fear of opression from fundementalists. There is truth in all of man's religions. We just must have the strength to look past our own biases and see that no matter how different we are on the surfaces, there is a definate commonality in our lives and actions.

People play games out of fear. They are afraid that others will discover that they are less than what they should be and that they are not what they project. If people stop to listen to themselves they would be horrified to realize what is actually coming out of their mouths, so they don't stop, they don't listen. They just continue to babble on about all that is false until they don't even know the difference. maybe the answer is to renounce all of your past once you have reached a certain level of awareness. That would allow you to then move on with a clean slate. No, maybe you should become aware of your faults, not forgetting them but accepting them and moving on. Yes, that is true strength.
